I am a QBO certified and advisor and former Xero certified
advisor and certification and have narly 6.5 years of professional experiences.I provide services of starting from client
file setup/conversion and up to Financials.
• Accounts Payable (recording invoices & bills allocating to correct account codes)
• Account receivable (recording receipts and other sales register which has obtained from various software)
• Bank reconciliations (for auto bank feeds or manual CSV bank statements import)
• Once the bank reconciliations are done, P & L , Balance sheet and detail GL review to ensure all the expenses are recorded correctly for relevant period.
• Maintain a fixed assets register and run the depreciation at each month
• Monthly closing process after processing manual journals such as accruals, prepayments adjustments.

• Microsoft excel (including google sheets) with formulas such as VLOOKUP, Index, Sumif, left, right and many more with pivot tables for any kind of reports and analysis.
