The
first 15 minutes of the first session will cover general information about coaching and allow the coach and
counterpart to get to understand the challenge that the couching counterpart needs assistance with. This will be followed by
a formal 1 hour session session to work towards the goal.
At the end of the session, the coaching counterpart will have the opportunity to agree actions they will take to tackle the challenge, arrived at as a result of the coaching session
It is recommended that coaching sessions are 2-6 weeks. A lot can be achieved in one session but a minimum of three are recommended.
