Seller's Response:

The seller stated he could generate an industry list. We were aligned on the scope prior to the engagement. Though it was a slightly different scope than his standard projects. The initial set of results was a list from a public data source that did not match that request. The final set of results was a list from another data source more in line with the scope, but it did not have the completeness that was aligned upon during the scoping. It ended up being fairly expensive relative to the deliverable.

Seller's Response:

The client had asked for a list of producers for a certain industry. I took this to mean the overall producer, as opposed to the producer of a certain part of the project. There might have been some confusion and miscommunication. My final submissions had a lot of the producers the client was after.
