Here are some of the terms and conditions for this gig:
a. You have 240 or less transactions or line items in your bank statements per year. In case you need more, feel free to avail my add-ons.
b. You will provide me with detailed and labeled bank statements.
c. In case you will avail a Balance Sheet, you will provide me the beginning balances of your Receivables, Fixed Assets, Loans and Payables. For the purpose of depreciation, you will give me a detailed list of your Fixed assets and their estimated useful life.
d. You will provide me prior year Financial Statements if you have.
e. You agree that your bank statements and the nature of the transactions are straight forward. No complex transactions such as Goodwill, Investment Valuation, etc. It is presumed that all of the transactions will come either from a credit card or bank statement of the company.
f. I will not provide you a Customer/Client ledger showing their transactions.
