Over my 12-year finance career I have worked at world class institutions and have built models for both debt and equity transactions across all asset types and numerous geographies. I can help build acquisition or recapitalization models with return profile, review client’s existing models, provide guidance on business plan execution, and consult on deal structure and optimal financing.
I spent majority of my corporate career at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking and have also worked at other notable firms such as JP Morgan and Zeller Realty Group.
Separately, my wife and I run one of NYC’s fastest growing food startups Partake Foods, and just secured seed investment from Jay-Z’s venture fund and the Factory. I was responsible for creating all investor materials, building our full financial forecast excel model, and providing support for all model assumptions.
