Finding a job works ONLY if you have a plan. If you keep applying to any jobs that you see online you will only get disheartened over a period of time...On the other hand, if you target your job search and hunt down the list of companies where you want to work than you are more likely to succeed. Most people can only think of 3-4 companies on top of their head in their own sector if they are looking for job especially when you are not from the same region - Middle East / UAE.
I will research and identify the list of target companies based on your background, specialization, interest level (local companies / MNCs). Once you have the list of companies within your radar it becomes quite easy for you to apply directly to these companies or find decision makers and reach out to them in these companies.
