I will provide private coaching sessions that focus on your career goals. We will address the connection between your career goal and your personal goals. We will work collaboratively to determine what next steps should be taken to increase your confidence, build your skill set and create a plan for moving forward towards your career career. Career coaching sessions will address your perceived limitations, motivation, strong points and areas of improvement. Sessions will also address your Myers Briggs Personality Profile, Color Code Personality Test, resume writing tips, licenses, certifications and professional development options to help determine how to use your God given talents to develop a fulfilling career you will love. All 45-minute sessions are COMPLETELY confidential and will be held 2-3 times a week via phone or video chat. After each session you will walk away with a plan for next steps and options for personal growth that will increase your potential for career success.
